Earth Tenant molds the worlds of commercial real estate advisory and sustainability, ensuring businesses align their real estate strategies with sustainability goals. Founded in 2017 by Brandon Kenney, we take a holistic, triple-bottom-line approach that integrates sustainability into portfolio management, lease negotiations, and project development.
Brandon, a Kansas native with a passion for the built and natural environments, has over 20 years of experience advising clients from Fortune 100 companies to local businesses. A licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, he holds a BA in Business Leadership and an MBA from the University of Dallas and credentials including (GRESB) Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark Accredited Professional, LEED Green Associate, and Fitwel Ambassador.
